Returns & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of these items, there are no refunds on purchases of digital downloads. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase of a digital item, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right. You can email me directly at Lori@reallybigposters.com.
If you are unhappy with your purchase of any non-personalized or non-custom item, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made for the purchase price minus original and return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned. Custom items include, but are not limited to, personalized items, items with customized design elements, personalized text, and custom poster sizes.
If you'd like to return your item for a refund, please contact me within 30 days of purchase. You can email me directly at Lori@luftmenschdesigns.com. Once your refund is approved, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus any shipping costs. US customers: your refund will be for the purchase price minus original shipping costs. Shipping costs are built into the price of your purchase. Shipping typically costs between $7 and $15, depending on your location and order.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily replace any time that arrives defective or damaged. Please send a photo of the defective item to Lori@reallybigposters.com. Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or exchange at no cost to you.
If you would like to exchange your non-customized poster for a different poster of the same size, you may request an exchange within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. We will send you tracking information for your new item as soon as it is available.
