What kind of paper will my poster be printed on?
All of our posters are printed on 135 gsm premium paper. This weight is the equivalent to 90 lb text, or 50 lb cover paper. After testing many different papers and weights, we found this paper to be the perfect sweet spot: it's nice and thick, and stands up to lots of coloring, but it is still light enough to easily hang it up on your wall with painter's tape.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days of purchase.
How will my poster be shipped?
Our posters ship rolled in square white poster boxes. We lovingly cap the ends with bubble wrap to protect the paper, although some minor crinkling on the very edges may occur in transit. This is why we include a nice white border around every poster, so even a little crinkling won't affect your coloring.
Why don't you ship outside of the US?
The COVID-19 pandemic has made international shipping problematic, to say the least. We don't want your poster to be lost or seriously delayed, and both of these are strong possibilities at this time. We hope to offer international shipping very soon.
Digital Downloads
How will I get my files?
You will receive an email with a link to download your files after purchase. You will also see a download link on your screen immediately after checkout. If you don't receive an email, please check your junk folder.
How do I print my files?
Print at home or school, or at any shop that offers printing services. In many cases you can upload your file to the shop's website and just go in and pick it up when it's ready; you don't even have to talk another person.
If you are printing regular, letter-size files, you can print them on any home printer. Larger files will require a poster printer. We recommend printing posters as blueprints/engineering prints as the most affordable option.
How can I use my digital download?
You can print as many copies of your digital items as you'd like for personal or classroom use, but do not share the electronic file.
